Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax or VAT, so the total shown at checkout is what you are charged. Shipping is free.
Payments are processed by Whop. We do not receive or store your card details. By paying you also accept Whop's own terms as the processor of the transaction.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. For subscriptions, we will always tell you before a price change takes effect and give you the chance to cancel.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated price and interval until you cancel. Full detail, including how to cancel, is in the Subscription Policy.
Delivery
See the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Refunds
See the Refund & Returns Policy. Our 90-day guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
Product information and your dog's health
Richvell Pets products are complementary pet food supplements. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice.
If your dog has a health condition, is pregnant, is on medication, or is under 3 months old, speak to your vet before starting any supplement. If your dog reacts badly, stop and contact your vet. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Not for human consumption.
Individual results vary. Any timeframes described on this site reflect typical experience and are not a promise of a specific outcome for your dog.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or resell our content, images or product photography without written permission, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
We take responsibility for loss we cause by failing to meet our obligations, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability can be limited, ours is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
